I'm a customer of hathaway broadband with account number [protected]. I have fed with their unprofessional service and hence decided to disconnect. Once i disconnect the service, i got a call from customer care on time to collect the modem. I have requested to give one day to return the modem as i'm traveling to out of station. But guess what customer care person has said to that, they have threatened me if i don't return on the same day i will get legal notice. Hence i made available and returned modem.
After returning the modem, i haven't received any call about my deposit amount return. I waited for one month and called customer care, now customer care person has said that ticket has opened and you get a call within 24 hrs. As expected the call not came but ticket has been closed. Hence decided to call again, this time customer care person said again ticket is opened and you will get call tomorrow.
My complaint is not about the deposit amount. I have already decided that hathway is already looted me. But how to trust this customer care person's about the information they provide. I think you shouldn't say the customer support is present for 24/7. You should say that hathway has support team to waste customer valuable time.
If these hathway can threaten that they can legal for one day delay, i deserve to complain about them here.
Guys, please don't go with hathway at any cost. Even small providers like tikona are far better than this unprofessional hathway.
