[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — not shifting my connection and not refunding my money | |||||
I placed a request for shifting connection last week (Service request: 29102017w397165), today i got a sms from hathway as "not available at your new location". In last month i made a payment for 3 months plan and paid an amount of rs. 2321.21/- (Receipt no: r[protected]. And my plan is active till 08-feb-2018. As hathway can not provide service to me, so requested for the refund of remaining amount but when contacted nodel office they are saying they will not refund my amount.
