Hello.. My account no. Is [protected]. I have e taken a 3+1 plan from hathway broadband where they have given me only 3 months internet services and deactivated the internet. I have taken connections from past 2 and half years where as i am facing this problem with them always. For current situation before they will disconnect my internet prior to that only i have called them to update there database where they have provided me wrong bill as pe the 3+1 plan. They have raised the service request but when ever i call to them to knowing the progress of result they will say it is in progress and further team will work on this for this i had called 10 times but always they have responded with same update. When i have called them last time they said trial pack added to my account and i can avail that for 5 days. There also i had raised my complaint why they are providing me trial pack when i have already paid for 1 month extra as per the 3+1 plan i should get that than again response from their end billing team will get back to me. And today i can see request has been closed. Internet again deactivated since no one worked with billing team and the worst situation is no one picking the call also from hathway services bangalore. Just have a question with hathway services why they do cheating with their customers this much?? And whom i should contact for complaints?? Here is the number which i have called today 3 times[protected] and past 1 week i got same update from these many people:karthika, yamuna, vidyasagar, kavita, sugandh, gautam their supervisor from bangalore no one has taken responsibility to complete the complaint request.
