I have been calling up regarding the expiry reminders, even though I have paid for next 6 months - and still I don't have internet.
I am not sure if the customer care are co-ordinated well .
The expiry date was April-10-2019 and I have topped up on April-8-2019. No Internet today and after 3 calls in 3 days .
Also still getting the expiry reminder, while all customer care folks have confirmed that i have paid the amount.
If disconnection and refund is an option I would like to take it up! Was this information helpful? |
