[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — paid for 50 mbps but getting less than 22 mbps internet speed

I am using hathway internet service from apr-2017, i paid first 3 month 50mbps plan first time and i was happy with the service that time. But after the expiry of that, i paidbps but they are providing me less than 22 mbps internet speed.
I have raised complain to hathway may times, they have looked into it also. But not able to resolve the problem. I have paid full amount for next 6 month for the plan name "thunder4 50mbps blr pre qtrly" but they are not able to provide the proper service.
