[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — paid for three month and got deactivated within 30 days. | |||
Hi, I have opted internet broadband from hathway having account number [protected]. I paid for three months and its got deactivated within 30 days. I raised the complain complain number[protected]w545379, they told they are looking into the problem they will sort it out within 72 hours. They activated after following up continuously and again they deactivated on the next day itself. After that they are not listening anything and saying you have paid for 1 month. I am surprised how come its possible i did the online payment as per 3 month plan. Now they are not listening anything and saying to do the payment. We have the screen shot as well which is showing for 90 days validity. Was this information helpful? | |||
