Hathway Cable & Datacom — persistent issue of availability and closing of service request without solving and redressal

As there has been persistent trouble in our broadband connection in past. We filed complaint on 9:54pm on 14th may regarding no internet connection. Even after calling them constantly there was no redressal on the part of Hathway services. Infact without even sending anyone for ratification, they closed our complaint without our assent. They wound up the complaint in the turn around time without even consulting us.Again we opened new complaint for ratification.
