[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — plans and tariffs change without notice | |||||
I was in a plan of rs.512 per month. As my plan was going to expire on 9th of jan, i've recharged with 512 on 8th of jan. However, they received the money and did not settle it against any plan. Today (10th jan) when i noticed very low data speed and called them... Then they say that the 512 plan is no more applicable on my connection. Reason - unknown??? This change in plan was not communicated through call, sms or alert. Customer care is pathetic with hathway Was this information helpful? | |||||
