[Resolved]  Hathway Cable & Datacom — poor service whereas full payment in advance

Dear sir,

I would like to complaint you regarding hathway provided me very poor internet service whereas they charged me full 3 month payment in advance of rs.2350 three month.

I am complaining regularly to hathway through hathway mobile app and toll free no for complaint. They are taking my regular complaint and not resolving problems, where as i paid 3 month payment in advance.

They close my complaint without confirming from me that issue resolved or not.

I request you please look in my problem.
