[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — promised offer not given | |||||
I’m seriously in need of your support since i didn’t get any update for complaint raised. Background about the case - i was told during sep month that if i pay for 3months i can use it for 4months. I accepted the offer and made the payment but 1 month free is not given. So, my due date remains at dec 10th instead of 10th jan. For which i have raised a complaint and no solution is given in a he last 10 days. I have been getting same response from customer service team that ‘issue raised will be resolved in 24 hrs time’ but till date it is not resolved. Hence, i’m filing my complaint here.
