[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — Provide wrong information about services. | |||||
Two months back I called hathway executive (Mob: [protected]) regarding my hathway payment and also I told him that I am going to shift to a new location, he told me that we have services on my new location and after confirmation I recharged my hathway account for three months now when I called hathway for shifting my connection then they told me that we don’t have services at your new location and now they are not disconnecting my connection and not even refunding my money. I didn’t receive any response of either my mail my service request and my call request Was this information helpful? | |||||
