Hathway Cable & Datacom — recharge was not done in my digital tv account

My hathway digital tv account no :[protected]. I have recharged my account with 313 rs on 19th april but still i am not getting programs in my tv. Below are the recharge details

Rs 313.92 debited from a/c *4084 on 20-04-19 to vpa billdeskpg. [protected]@icici (Upi ref no[protected].

I called your technicians many times but no use. Hence kindly take necessary action on it asap
