[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — reduced speed of internet - reg | |||||
We have renewed our subscription for 1000 gb for 3 months paid rs.1420. Soon after reaching 220 gb speed has been reduced abruptly though we have sufficient balance to be used for a month. We have made several complaints but of no use. The service of hathway is very very poor compared to other service providers. Now i have decided, as soon as the 3 month period completes i will withdraw my renewal. Now, my present problem is yet to be solved as i am asking since 3 days.
