Hathway Cable & Datacom — refund after disconnection of broadband connection | |||
Hi, Account n0 : [protected] Ticket number : 10092017w730259 Even i am also facing the same issue, i have relocated to different location and i requested for relocating broadband to new location but i got update from hathway customer care by saying they are not servicing broadband connection in new location, so they have taken request for disconnection and i have already paid 6 months validity plan package, which they said they will be refunding amount in 7 working days after submitting modem and adaptors, even i have submitted modem long back still i didn't got any update from customer care regarding to refund Could you please help me?
