Since 2 months i am sending mails and calling to hathway team, and till now I didn't get money back.Kindly let me know whether I will get my money or not. How many mails and follow ups I have to do for my money. One of the worst experience I had with hathway service.Kindly let me know the exact reason why I am not getting my money? You have said the speed is around 40mbps but actually itshows only 128kbps.download speed is in kbps only.i complaint three times upto now but u dint take any action .if it continous its not good .
