[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — refund not processed | |||||
Hi team, I have requested for internal wiring while requesting for new connection. They have given normal connection initially and sent some people for internal wiring in the apartment. Finally after few days of discussion. Internal wiring is not possible in our apartment. Later the reperesentive said that he will refund the amount as he failed to do the internal wiring. I went with another isp who did the internal wiring. After waiting for 1.5 years, now people responded saying refund not possible. I have choosen for 6 months plan. I have used only for 8-10days (Time taken to solve internal wiring). Please do the need for refund Was this information helpful? | |||||
