[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — refund not received | |||
I have paid for hatchway broadband connection in chennai - thoraipakkam. As they haven't done the installation within 10 days of payment, i put the cancellation request. I have been told that i will get refund in 10 days. I still have modam with me, nobody came to take it and no one is contacting at all. Today have completed 1 month for cancellation request and still i am yet to get the refund. For your information i have raised cancellation request on 9 july and request number is[protected]w127496-1. I have been told that i will be getting the refund of the amount within next 15 days. I have not received the refund of the same. Don't know why, in between the ticket has been closed. Today, again i received customer care call stating they are raising ticket now and i will get money in next 10 days stating about new ticket no. 02082018w581048. Was this information helpful? | |||
