I have relocated my home 2.5 months back, where hathway internet services are not available. So, i have removed the hathway internet immediately and i have requested to refund my money as i am in 6 months internet plan, which is not refunded till now. My hathway internet account no. I'm facing the same issue . They told me that the area is feasible and took the money for 3 months . I even mailed the nodal team . I'm planning to goto the consumer court now .
