[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — regarding negligence of customers complain | |||||
We are registered corporate company. We had ensured a new broadband connection on 6 JULY 2018. The internet Connection was established on 13 July 2018. From July 30 2018 our internet connection was interrupted. we complained about that on 30 July 2018 around 11.00 AM. hathway replied that it will resolved in 24 hours. but its not resolved. Again we complained in 31 July 2018. around 11.00 Am. HATHWAY REPLIED AGAIN IT WILL BE RESOLVED IN 24 HOURS. kindly not its been almost 4 working days completed. But its still not resolved. can we know. whether are you making your customers stupid and also want to know whether there is sufficient employee to make the resolve of the complaint. this is because during Wednesday i.e 1 august 2018. we said to connect to the higher official and they hold our call. we almost waited for 45 mins. but the call had been dropped. its very hard to see leading company to behave in a manner of frustating its customers... thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||
