Hathway account number: [protected] Location: chennai 1. The pathetic customer service agents dint provide a proper response even after 7 days of raising relocating connection request. 2. When new connection could be provided within 24 hours, why does a relocation connection (Within 5 km range) should take more than 7 days? 3. The website doesn't work when i tried to raise an online complaint. 4. I have already paid for 3 months and used only one month of connection. If i wanted to delete my broadband account because of its worst customer service, will i get my 2 months of money back, and if so, when?? 5. When i asked the same question to customer service agents, they replied that we will get to know about it sooner.
