My hathway broad band account id:[protected]
My internet broad band account renewal date is[protected]. For availing 7 months offer as hathway billing people suggested me over phone, i have made rs.3, 250/-. Prepayment on[protected]. I have clarified my doubt with hathway billing people that my due date is[protected] and if i am going to prepay are you going to count your service period from the date of my payment?. For that they told me that your prepayment will be activated after your due date and from that due date only they are going to provide me 7 months bb service. Hence, they have to provide me service from[protected] to[protected] as per their offer and the telephonic commitment had by hath way billing representative on[protected].
They have stated my service period from[protected] to[protected] wrongly in your invoice. Request you to implement this change of service period from[protected] to[protected] in your invoice and send me the corrected invoice again.
