Hathway Cable & Datacom — renewal of subscription | |||
A receipt is issued by Hathway for making online payment for renewal of subscription for one year. The payment was made out of good faith on recommendation of one of their Sales person. He informed that there is an offer that if I renew my subscription which was due on 23rd April 2018, I will be getting subscription for 14 months i.e. upto June 2019 (14 months from April 18). I will be getting 325GB Combo Modem will be replaced free of cost as the old modem is giving frequent breakdown. However I regret to inform that, NONE of the above has been adhered to by Hathway. The Account is also not updated with the offered scheme. I have lodged a complaint on 18th March[protected]M366516) and on 20th March[protected]C7931). I also spoke to Customer service on 20th March 2018. I was assured that this will be updated in the system on 21st March 2018. Regret nothing has been done yet. I feel I am cheated by their Salesman who has no courtesy to pick up his mobile when I call him up. He gave me his mobile number at the time of taking the subscription. I now have a strong sense that he is not a genuine person representing Hathway. or, Hathway has a system of treating their subscribers with such false assurances thru their sales person / customer service. I have repeatedly sent emails to them to resolve the issue but regret, I have been receiving standard replies from their billingdesk that it is under process. The senior management should wake up and look into the issues raised by the consumers. Else the subscribers will move to other ISPs. Was this information helpful? | |||
