[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — repeated calls about new due bills even though account was cancelled 2 months ago. | |||
I had requested for hathway account cancellation and as per the customer support's request, i had cleared all due bills at the time, a person had called me about collection of router. There were no communication post that untill a few weeks ago. I explained the whole thing to customer care, they listen to it and tell me that the request has been filed, but call me again the next day and i have to explain the whole thing.
