Hathway Cable & Datacom — request for cancellation of new broadband connection | |||
Hi, I needed a new connection and i paid for one month (Rs 1343). The person to whom i paid said it will take 2days for installation and the work will be done within 2 days but none turned up for a week and it was an emergency that i need broadband connection for work from home.. Everyday i tried calling them but they either switch off or never respond my call and was getting update from the persom who has taken money that connection will be established by eod. After a week i got a cal and they said hathway isn't installing for people who paid for one month of subscription so they asked me to pay for 2months (Rs 1709) so i sent the money to another person who asked me to pay for 2months as i have payment issues and he paid for me. Tired calling customer care and its always busy. As i can see other broadband providers coming and installing in my neighborhood i have decided cancel my new broadband connection and i need the refund asap. Below are the numbers of the people whom i paid 1. The person whom i paid for 1month - [protected] 2.
