[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — Resume connection on hold

I have made a request to hold my account (ac no:1504219) around 8 months back period, now I want to resume my connection but my account shows a due amount. I have used a prepaid connection which stops its services @12 midnight immediately after the renewal date. now I wonder how could I have the due amount.please clear all the unnecessary due bills and resume my connection. I tried calling customer care and she said that billing team would get back to me. but I have gained no response yet (cc-billing Req service Id:05072017w804396)

We complain in our surat hathway office but not get any proper reply and not solve our complain. nodal officer also not receive our phone .
my complain date is 16-06-17 and no. is 18163636.
then send us msg that your complain is solve . but in reality our complian is still pending.
