[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — return of modem | |||
Hi, My hathway account number is [protected]. I have taken a plan in 2016 and was told that if the plan is taken for 3 months, then modem is free. Now that i have stopped using the hathway services, i keep getting calls to renew the account though i have told number of times that i do not want the service. Off late, i started getting calls to return the modem. I have taken the plan initially on the assurance that the modem is free. Please have this issue resolved as soon as possible to avoid any further inconvenience. Was this information helpful? | |||
