Hathway Cable & Datacom — returned router but account not deactivated by hathway

I have returned hathway broadband router 3 or 4 months ago. While returning i was told my account will be deactivated once i receive a confirmation call. I have not yet received any call for confirmation but all promotion calls and messages and its harassment to deal with those hathway agent as they boldly say sir ye calls toh aise chalenge hi and hangs up the call. I wish to remove myself from hathway promotional harassment messages and calls. I have clearified about 100 times to the agents as well as the person who sent technician to pick the router and they don't do anything on the matter. Please hathway technical staff remove my account completely from your database i do not wish to ever opt for a internet provider as you.

Updated by Deepanshu Bendale 7 days after and still receiving spam calls and messages regarding renewing Hathaway ay account. Proves my point of negligence towards customers, basically nothing was done. Not sharing call details due to privacy concerns but I still received calls from hathway not to address my complaint but to promote offers and renew my account.
