Hathway Cable & Datacom — routers not given even after repeated requests and endless phone calls apart from a payment of rs.26000/- for 3 hathway connections

We needed the routers to be replaced with 2 antennae and were advised to pay the bills which we did for Rs.26000/- to enable the new routers to be delivered and fixed.
