I took hathway connection to which they responded properly. However when i moved to a new place i started facing below problems:

Their service is not available in the new place i'm moving to but they are not ready to refund me for non availability of their service
I wrote email to them though they confirmed that sla is 24 hours its been 5 days still not heard anything from team

Hi

I took hathway connection and closed it 5 years back, but still am getting sms to my registered mobile number daily. Don't send SMS to my mobile.
i sent mail to hathway many times, still am getting like "Pay only 530 Rs and get 100GB on renewal of hathway"
