Hathway Cable & Datacom — services stopped without intimation for paid channels | |||
I have a two cable subscription at my home. I purchased yearly subscription for both the connection on 1st december 2018. Attached payment receipt for both the subscription. Account no: [protected] Vc no.:[protected] Transaction id: hat[protected] Total paid amount: rs. 4, 125/- Account no: [protected] Vc no.:[protected] Transaction id: hat[protected]bda Total paid amount: rs. 4, 125/- From 14th february 2019, "hathway cable & datacom" has stopped services of sony, zee, star and many more paid channels all of a sudden without informing or taking concern of any of the customers. After inquiring to many, it was came to know that the services were stopped in entire area. In addition to this, hathway was not contactable on any of its provided numbers and even our local operators were not answering the phones. This needs a urgent attention and serious action against hathway cable & datacom. I want full refund from hathway cable. Was this information helpful? | |||
