On 16th november hathway technician mr ruben from fraser town, bangalore office (Phone[protected]) had taken my cable set top box for replacement along with rs 500 and has not replaced the device yet. It has been more than 6days and counting.
There no urgency shown to get the problem fixed and the attitude towards the same is extremely disappointing. Repeated calls to ruben has not created any urgency. I expect better from a professional working at hathway.

Updated by mat23 Hathway Staff continue to break promises to replace the set top box. Keep saying 'in half an hour' to every phone I make. Still no call from them or any improvement in the situation. No cable tv for nearly a week.
They are in a hurry to make me pay for monthly subscription and make calls for the same.
They have to pay me compensation for the loss of days due to incompetency.
