Hathway Cable & Datacom — severe issues broadband not working.

I have been facing through a new Hathaway broadband connection. I took your broadband services just this week, by making a full payment for 6 months. I took a 50 MBPS plan, but all i am getting is 1MBPS. On top of that the internet is only working near the router, and not working anywhere else (inside the room etc).
