[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — shifting request / connection at new home | |||||
Hathway Customer Id : [protected] Registered Mobile Number : +91-[protected] As shifted my home, i requested hathway team for installation in my new place. I have submitted two requests 08072018W120357 on[protected] and 01072018W005775 on[protected] and both of them are closed saying non-feasible. When i called hathway for new connection, they are saying that its feasible for new connection. What is this? I am really having a hard time as this is something which is in appropriate. I really want to continue with Hathway as Internet services are vey good but I don't have any choice left to close the connection and get the refund. Hoping positive response from your side.
