[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — speed/modem restart issue | |||
Hi sir/madam, For the past month i have been dealing with constant disconnection and speed issues.Raised multiple complaints but still the issue persist.I have taken the screenshot of signal strength/speed test as well.I have been calling your customer service everyday and raised request through your hathway app but they always close the request without rectifying the problem.Please solve the problem asap or refund my money if you guys are unable to restore the service.
