Hathway Cable & Datacom — suspended account after payment | |||
I have a prepaid account for which I paid last on 27 Oct. After 3 days of payment Hathaway suspended my account citing reason that my previous payment was reversed(27 sep). And for that they suspended my account on 15th Oct. So they have provide service for 19 days. And now 4 days after payment again. So for total 23 days of Service they charged for 30 days and so much of mental harassment. Keep calling there customer care ..they put on hold for long just to give 24 hrs of resolution time.
