[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — taken money in advance for providing connection which was not feasible and not refunding the payment | |
I got a call from number hathway asking me to me to pay rs 607/- in order to provide connection to my location at malad (East) - mumbai - 400097. Initially, she told that it is possible to provide connection and asked me to pay the amount before hand. She told that as it is lockdown so you have to pay. However, after two days of payment she told that connection is not possible in the location and did not refund my payment. Below is the payment details. Receipt number r[protected] Account number [protected] Reference number [protected] Payment date 15-apr-2020 14:29:23 They are still not refunding the amount after several complaints and have false marked my account as active and a false device id also they have generated a false bill. I already got connected with some other isp on the 17th. I will recommend anyone who reads this post not purchase anything from hathway.
