Hathway Cable & Datacom — Technical issue | |||||
I am a hathaway hd subscriber since march 2017 and it has been extremely unpleasant. I have never been able to watch the channel i want to watch only the channels that are available at that point of time which also works for a few minutes and then gone. I subscribed for hd all channel and even though i am paying 25 rs extra to the cable provider i have the [censored]est service. Some 10 channels works and others show technical problem. Some show technical problem for a minute or so and then it's just sound no picture for that channel. Even after begging the cable company (Thunga cable provider) to come and look into it, they keep saying that they will send some one but no one ever comes and i pay bucks to watch the channels they want me to see. This is extremely frustrating and enraging. When i call the cable provider she shouted at me and cut the call and since then she has been not receiving my call Was this information helpful? | |||||
