Hathway Cable & Datacom — technical problem since 3 months

I have complaints 10-15 times to my cable operator that i am facing technical issue since 3months, due to which half of the channels are not broadcasted. Also i contacted the customer care representative, he too promised the issue will be resolved, but no action was taken. The technician resolves the complaint without even coming to my house. Since, hathway is negligent to resolve the problem, hence, i will take a legal action against them. Pls find the screenshots of my complaint dashboard (In app) attached below.

Updated by Raghav2702007 Till now no action has been taken. Neither I received a call from ur end nor someone visited my house. Very poor service.
