[Resolved]  Hathway Cable & Datacom — termination of broadband connection

I am holding hathway account number: [protected] and requested to terminate the service for the given account number on 18-jul-2019. Reason: permanently moving from pune i spoke to one of the executive and raised a request for the same. Ticket number: 18072019w995422. The ticket status is showing closed with category discontinue but no one came to collect the modem and also the billing cycle is not closed. Why are you not stoping the billing cycle please update.
