[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — there is no internet

I took 6 months package and paid money

They given white router, but there is no internet

I am trying to reach customer care there is no option to talk

I installed app, but hathway apps show my previous complaint still in process since january 27th

So i can't go new complaint

When i called local hathway person, he is telling i am going to get a call from hathway team to resolve my issue

He told me i am not getting signal, so i am not getting internet
