I request them for shifting my connection to another area. Initially they said like we will transfer you connection. After that i have paid my bill amount for upcoming month after their confirmation.
Now we have shifted my home after that i checked with them for relocation they are saying like no connection feasibility for your area. They should inform this earlier. So that i may not paid my next month bill amount.
I haven't use my internet connection after my bill payment. Now i asked them to disconnect the plan they haven't refund my amount. Was this information helpful? |
