[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — threat to file legal complaint | |||
Hi, the company has already the collected the modem & connection cable but they are still insisting till date that the modem has not been returned and threatening to file legal complaint. My account number is [[protected]]. The team has been harassing me since last 1 year now. Despite me telling them several times them several times that the modem has been returned they are not ready to listen. Hathway executives are taking away the routers and not updating in their records. Hathway company sending mails from pre-legal team. Same thing is happening with me.. Its been 20 months.. they are asking for receipt as proof..how does the paper receipt stay safe for 20 months?
