I was shifting flat in the same apartment asked for connection shift. Since they said it’s a paid service and is equal to a new connection amount i have asked for connection termination and have paid the bill generated for the month of april 2014 on 9th may 2014 along with pro rate charges until 9th may 2014.
After 4 years, now i’m getting messages for amount due of 606 inr. Does this make any sense? Now they have called and are asking for proof of payment which obviously i’ll not have after these many years. Is this planned way of taking revenge on customers who have terminated your connection? I stay in hyderabad and they are asking me to visit chennai court for hearings. Completely unfair business Was this information helpful? |
