Hathway Cable & Datacom — Totally unhappy with services | |||
Hello, I, rohan gogia, with id - 1344790 and register number is [protected] would like to highlight my concerns and they are quite upsetting. I have been your customer since last one year and i am totally unhappy with your services. The internet remains down most of the time and it becomes very difficult for me to work as i work from home. My work requires good internet speed. During subscribing, your representative confirmed that the speed is good and we would have no complains. But unfortunately the internet works pathetic and it impacts my work. I have been paying the bills on time and all the dues are clear so cant think of any other reason that hathway should be providing me with such service. The worst part comes, whenever i have called to complain, the representative tells me that we need to wait for 24 hours for the technical issues to get resolved. I am not sure how can you ask your customer to wait for 24 hours every alternate day. Is this how your business works? I would really appreciate if i am given a good explanation for this or i will have to think about changing the service provider. Was this information helpful? | |||
