I have not been receiving proper service from Hathway Broadband service in Hadapsar, Pune for few months. But the issue has become very severe for past 1 month. I had a 3 month pack for SPL HD 4 STREAM 50MB QTRLY U plan which was due to expire on April 11 th. My account Number is [protected]. From March 21 to April 5, the internet connection rarely was available and most of the time in the day it did not have any connection at all. I have made several complaints using the Hathway app as well as the customer care. They take tickets and close it very soon after temporarily fixing the issue or not even fixing the issue. They do not call back to check if the internet service is working nor do they send anyone to check the issue physically. Just before the renewal date of April 11 2020, the internet connection was working smoothly for few days. Hoping that the connection improved, I recharged the plan and now the situation have worsened. There is no connection at all.
Desirable resolution is to fix the issue or give me full refund.
