Hathway Cable & Datacom — unexpected negative balance in account | |||
Hello Hathway, I am Manohar Newalkar from Worli, Mumbai Aera. my hathway service is disconnected from Friday 15 February 2019 despite we paid annual subscription till September 2019. Please refer my payment receipt in attachment. I paid full one year subscription from 8th september 2018. though i got following due payment in my account. image.png please give me full explanation why this is balance showed in my account. i am quite sure i did not left any balance as hathway disconnect service immediately after last day of subscription. there is no such balance should left as per my billing history and your methods. my service still disconnect and i am not able to watch TV though i paid and now i am surprise that i have negative balance in my account which was not there during my last payment. please resolve this issue as soon as possible. in brief, I paid for the, moth of Feb and the service was running as it was. Suddenly due to individual broadcaster selection and alacarte mess, the service stopped in between and I had to select either each channel or each pack separately.
This service ran about for about 3 weeks and now it stopped yesterday. Moreover it shows -649 /- in balance.
