Hathway Cable & Datacom — unfair practice by hathway broadband employees | |||
I had recently renewed my subscription for 3 months on the 28th of may. I was contacted by your representative asking for renewing the subscription. I had mentioned the new address n the call and while on call with your agent who insisted i renew before i shifted they did not mention any thing about the not serviceable part of my new address. I had mentioned that i will renew my account post shifting and they insisted i do it on the 28th itself and they will shift the connection and continue the plan. I then personally visited the service office at malad west, liberty garden and i was assured that the refund will be provided when i contact '[protected]@hathway.net'. The reply from billing desk is that no refund will be provided. I am seriously thinking of going to consumer court after having been tossed around like a football by your company representatives.
