[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — unprofessional behaviour | |
I got call from a hathway broadband representative and i was in need of a broadband i agreed on the terms that i will first check for two days the internet speed and then only i i'll put up their connection (As when i previously used hathway it was pathetic). The representative agreed and sent some people i gave them postdated check for tuesday. They put the wire and collected the cheque on sunday and assured that the modem too will be put on sunday. But i dint get it on sunday neither on monday. When i called the guy he said u cannot get the router as it was a sunday and bla bla now i don't get to check the connectivity also forced to take up the connection. Unprofessional behaviour of mr shahrukh shaikh. Was this information helpful? | |
