Hathway Cable & Datacom — unreliable service regarding internet speed

Dear sir,
I am a resident of ng suncity phase 2 thakur village, kandivali (East) mumbai and i have a high speed internet connection from hathway. The plan i have should give me a speed of 50 mbps. For last 3 weeks every evening i am getting a speed below 5 mbps, which at times go below 1 mbps.
I have made several complains in your customer care number as well as in your app. But even before resolving the issue it gets closed.
The local service provider (Sai star) from which the service was taken are basically either incompetent or not willing to provide support.
Can you resolve the issue? If you can't let me know, i will switch to a different provider.
