Hathway Cable & Datacom — unwanted calls and harassment from customer care | |||
I dont have any active account with hathway broadband nor i'm interested to opt-in in for it in any future. So please delete my account details completely and stop sending sms (Vd-hathwy) and do not call me through my mobile for any offers. My mobile number is [protected] . I'll would not hesitate to take legal action if there is no action taken on it. I am recording everything and documenting the sms, i have the service id for which the modem is successfully returned to the hathway and a confirmation that received by hathway, since september i am getting 3 calls a day to renew an account. Hope we are not in stone age where in a modem is returned and the account is closed and renew account. As a last hope i am here Was this information helpful? | |||

I am from aurangabad (kanchanwadi). Myself suresh bansode. Hathway provide very poor service. Hathway team never response to phone also. Among 30 only 25 days cable working properly.. In every month we face always problems regarding network, technical problems and other..
